Applications received are filtered against the job description and CVs forwarded to the client for further assessment.

RMS search of all who are registered and match the key skills set out in the job description alerting them to a job opportunity. This is done by email and also SMS messaging.

Recruitment Consultancy:

CVs are forwarded to our client for a short list to be made of those invited to attend an interview.

Client liaison and any additional requirement needs regarding the interview process. We are happy to organize everything on your behalf, including arranging the venue, accompanying you at interviews, background and reference checks of all candidates.

Contact is maintained with all applicants and interviews arranged with those who have reached this stage.

The Fee is negotiable, significant reductions are available; proportionate to the agreed level of service.

In addition. We take all the hassle away from you so that you can concentrate on your business.

This services includes, but is not limited to, admin, vetting, reference checks, payroll, business travel insurance, client liaison, pre-deployment training, flights and visa requirements for an agreed on going percentage.

Priority Plus Clients

This service has been designed around our clients who engaged our services on a regular basis.

For a realistic monthly fee we work with our clients to meet their requirements and will assign an account manager; whatever category of service is required.

There would be a % cost reduction to recruitment fees for Priority Plus clients.
